Common questions
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, anytime. Use the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from your account settings) to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Subscriber tier: 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Contributor tier: 14-day trial, credit card required upfront. Worker tier is free forever with no trial period -- workers join under their employer's plan.
What counts as a "worker license"?
Any active worker with voice clock-in or NFC tap-in access. Workers who only view read-only reports do not count toward your license cap. Free allocation: 25 workers on Subscriber, 100 on Contributor.
What happens if I exceed my free worker allocation?
Currently, contact us for additional worker capacity. Pricing for additional workers is being aligned with our Token Factory consumption design -- strategy session pending. We will not auto-charge overages without notice.
What are credits used for?
Credits cover voice/AI/communications consumption. Voice clock-in ~5 credits, daily log dictation ~10, NFC tap-in ~2, batch approval ~5+2/worker, AI cost projection ~50. Subscriber includes 2,500/month; Contributor includes 15,000/month. Additional credit packs available.
Can I use my own payroll provider?
Yes. Export to QuickBooks Online, ADP, or Paychex on Subscriber and above. PayConniXT (credit-metered, covers certified payroll + GL + ACH + filing) is available on Contributor and above.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No annual contracts on Worker, Subscriber, or Contributor tiers. Enterprise contracts are negotiated separately and may include annual terms with negotiated pricing.
