Full workflow
From first tag issuance to foreman batch approval.
Tag write
Foreman writes worker ID to sticker on first issuance using the ConstructOps mobile app. Takes 3 seconds.
Worker tap
Worker taps hard-hat sticker to kiosk iPad NFC reader on arrival. No app download required.
PIN + selfie
Worker enters 4-digit PIN; front camera captures selfie for anomaly pre-filter. Sub-5-second total.
Anomaly pre-filter
Server compares face embedding against stored template. Mismatches are flagged for foreman review, not rejected outright.
Batch approval
Foreman sees clean list + flagged anomalies in one view. Approves all clean with a single tap. Average crew of 12 takes 22 seconds.
Anomaly pre-filter
Not every mismatch is fraud. The anomaly pre-filter separates entries with questionable PIN or selfie matches for foreman review -- without blocking site access. Workers don't get held up. Foremen don't waste time on obvious cases.
- PIN mismatch: flagged for review
- Selfie non-match: separated, not rejected
- Unrecognized tag: instant re-issuance flow
